Accreditation

This activity is an accredited group learning activity (Section 1), as defined by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program as well as a professional development recognized activity (category A) as defined by the Collège des médecins du Québec. This activity has been approved by the Direction du Développement professionnel continu (DDPC) [Direction of Continuing Professional Development (DCPD)] of the Fédération des médecins spécialistes du Québec.

You can declare a maximum of 8.75 hours in section 1 / professional development recognized activity (category A). Participants must claim a number of hours consistent with the duration of their participation.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
  1. To promote, through multidisciplinarity, a comprehensive healthcare approach, for clients with chronic kidney disease and for related co-morbid clinical conditions.
  2. To generate optimal use of the skills of the members of the multidisciplinary teams (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, dietitians), in the healthcare process for this client group.

***NOTE: For the 21st Colloque Annuel of ” Fondation D.E.V.E.N.I.R.“, participants will be able to register and participate in either the half-day session of continuing medical education on October 13, or that of Saturday, October 14, or the two half-day sessions of training***
